Health At Every Size is an approach to health that focuses on behaviors, rather than weight. An overemphasize on weight or weight loss actually has worse health outcomes, due to the physical and psychological stress of weight stigma. We believe any person, at any size, can pursue health.

Intuitive eating is an approach to healing that involves 10 distinct principles. These principles need to be adapted for each individual. We will help guide you in rediscovering your intuition. When we talk about intuitive eating within eating disorder treatment, we have to start with consistent and adequate nourishment.

Many feel addicted to food after using food to cope with anxiety, trauma, depression, or other mental health issues. When one heals the underlying issues, the relationship with food can begin to heal.
